I joined the prologue and Chapter one so that they aren't so short. That, and I fixed a few things.
Character Profile and Prologue
Name: Yukiryoko Ginhitomi
Age: 19
Height: 5'5"
Gender: Female
DF: N/A
Weapons: Carries twin katanas by her side and a sniper rifle on her back. Uncountable amounts of 4" long needles tucked away somewhere on her body.
Skills: She is able to transport someone or something with/without herself to a place where she has left her crest. Skilled in hand-to-hand martial arts, deadly with blades, and knows how to use firearms with deadly accuracy (best with long to mid-range snipers).
Appearance: has knee length (when held with a long ribbon in a high ponytail) silver-blue hair, pale rose skin, big crystal snow-blue eyes, small nose, thin blood-red lips, and flat as a board. Usually wears a long long-sleeved black shirt, long baggy silver pants with a loosely double wrapped belt over them, tight knee length black boots, and a hooded long silver coat with two of five buttons closed.
Personality and behavior: Hates to be restricted, quiet and seemingly cold towards those she does not trust, know, or really dislikes. When around those she accepts she can be rather talkative yet still not much emotion. Only those she truly trust will be able to see, and feel, her tough and violent love for them. Either by a friendly hits or playful insults. Yuki can be rather dense (extremely so) about romantic things directed at her and sexual jokes spoken by those around her. In that sense, she is INNOCENT, but Yuki can give surprisingly good advice for other's relationships. She can also give great advice about other things too. Once Yuki allows someone that close, she will be loyal and extremely over protective. Especially if they are younger than her.
Yuki tends to ignore verbal insults thrown at her but can turn rather violent if touched without permission. Since a young age, Yuki had been hiding her emotions and because there was no other way to vent them out she developed a blood-craving demonic side that usually stays dormant inside of her outside of battle. Though it tends to resurface once a year if there is a large enough amount of anger suppressed.
History: Born in the cold mountains during early winter, she was feared and respected in her home town due to both her strange appearance and silent nature. She had always wanted to learn many things and help out others, not surprising her parents much when she began to read various medical books. But due to an unfortunate accident, Yuki lost her parents at the age of 4, making her a lot more quiet and secretive. This also made Yuki take to studying various fighting styles. From swords and blades to guns and hand to hand combat. This she kept secret from the young couple that decided to take her in. She graduated high school at age 11 and immediately went through college where she took up advanced classes in Art and Martial Arts. Everything was peaceful for the most part, until the day of graduation.
This is where an old tale continues on…
Chapter 1: (Almost) Hit by Lightning
Ryoko's PoV…
It was a cloudy afternoon. Not many birds were out and the graduating class was heading home to celebrate with family. I, too, graduated this morning. It took a few years, but I got my doctorates in Art and in Martial Arts. I should have been glad, excited, overjoyed, right? No, I wasn't. I had no one there to congratulate me. No one to tell me I did great. It was just me. Still, I wasn't sad or depressed. In fact, I was far from those. I was out right pissed, annoyed, murderous even. You wonder why I feel like that? Well, let me tell you.
That morning, after the ceremony, someone left me an anonymous note asking me to meet up on the roof. I didn't really care so I went.
That was a bad idea.
When I got there after gathering my stuff, no one was to be seen. That alone annoyed me. I didn't like to be delayed without reason. I'm normally a very patient person, but I was called here. The other person should have been here already. Still, I waited. I walked over to the ledge, looking down at the others who graduated. The majority were talking to parents, others to friends or teachers.
I turned, having heard the door open. Only to see three women come out.
If you could call them that.
The first to come out had skin as dark as her brown eyes making her bleached hair stand out in a very unpleasant contrast. She wore a spaghetti strap blouse that covered all the way to her hips, half thigh shorts, and sandals. Liany Grinsick.
The second one was, for lack of better words, a FAT ass. She wore a strapless shirt and tight jeans. This only made her rolls of fat stand out more than necessary, and let me tell you, it was not a pretty sight. At all. Even her name, Luciloty Groufat, says she's fat.
The last one had a spray-on orange tan, dark green eyes, and blond hair that curled at the ends. She wore a strapless shirt that reached a little above her belly button, a short, but I mean very short, skirt making her look like a whore (which she is, considering that she had several male scents on her). She was the leader of the three, Labi Giliflute.
The only reason I knew who they were was because they were in my class. I'm glad to say that they did not graduate with the rest of the class. They sucked big time at art. I don't even know how they got this far with their skills of five-year-olds.
Wait no, I didn't mean to insult the little kids!
Well, I just stood there, waiting for one of them to speak up. Sure enough, Labi was the one to speak, "You should not have graduated." I said nothing, already knowing what she was going on about. "You cheated off of us to get better scores." And here we go again with the bitch speech. She does the same thing to other girls, lowering their self-esteem. "When I'm through with you, you'll wish you'd never cheated off me."
It was then that I noticed the clouds above us were starting to swirl and rumble with thunder. I was unaffected by the change. Labi and her groupies on the other hand seemed to turn anxious and nervous as the clouds darkened the sky. Labi nervously took out a pocket knife and pointed it at me. Seems she was too scare to play around like she usually did. She then said something that I didn't bother to hear. Then a very loud crack of thunder broke out right above us. The L triplets (their college nickname) shrieked in fright. I didn't react, though I was unsettled. The weather was acting very abnormal, causing my senses to go haywire. Labi, noticing I was ignoring her, glared at me and charged at me with the knife.
That's when it hit.
A large thunder bolt hit the roof top right in-between us. It caused a massive explosion, sending all four of us flying back. They landed unconscious a couple of feet from the door.
I wasn't so lucky.
If they were sent back to the door imagine just how far I was thrown compared to them.
Yea, I was thrown off the building!
A 4-story building.
Now, I'm sure you're all wondering how it's possible for me to tell you this if I already fell to my doom, right?
Well, it's quite simple really. I never came into contact with the gates of hell (the concrete).
For sure I did briefly meet death. Not exactly how I expected her to be. Yes, 'her.' Death is, in fact, female. She told me that the time has come for me to return, whatever that means.
Then lots of light blue feathers, that had what felt like scales connected to the end of each one, blocked my vision. My body suddenly went numb and my eyes got heavy. I tried to keep them open, but something inside of me told me to relax and let myself go with flow, and so I did. Though I did wonder, what am I supposed to do now?
