Touched by an Angel
I do not own Supernatural or TMI in any way.
"Not so tough are you?" the demon said circling the girl.
She lunged forward with her seraph blade slashing at the demon.
One punched her in the face and her seraph blade slipped out of her hand.
She scrambled for her blade, but the demon kicked it away from her reach and grabbed her by her hair.
"Hey! Asshole!" a deep male voice yelled.
The demon let go of her hair as the man splashed something onto the demon. The demon's flesh started burning.
The man pulled out a blade and stabbed the demon with it.
The girl got up and managed to get to her seraph blade as the demon died.
She spun around with the blade pointed it at the two men.
"Whoa. Calm down. We're not going to hurt you", the short haired one said.
"Who are you?!" she yelled, a wild and scared look in her eyes.
"My name is Dean Winchester and this is my brother Sam", he said.
"How do you know how to kill demons? You two are nothing but pathetic mundanes", she spat.
"We're hunters. We hunt demons mostly", Sam said. She lowered her seraph blade and whispered the blade's name under her breath.
Sam and Dean watched in fascination as the blade became a tube.
She slipped it in her jacket and leaned against the alley wall. "So…you two kill demons, but you aren't Shadowhunters?" she asked.
"What the hell is a Shadowhunter?" Dean asked.
"Nephilim", another deep voice said.
The next second she was up against the wall staring into the endless blue eyes of a man wearing a tan trench coat.
"Cass. Put her down!" Dean yelled.
"She's an abomination", Castiel said.
"If you've got a problem with me, take that up with Raziel", she managed to gasp.
Castiel dropped her.
"I'd appreciate it if people would stop grabbing me against my will", she said. She collapsed to the ground, the adrenaline in her body finally running out.
"You okay?" Sam asked.
"Yeah", she said gritting her teeth. She pulled out her stele and burned an Iratze into her skin. She felt the rune take away all her pain. She stood up and said, "Thanks for all the help, but I've got to find my guys".
Dean grabbed her arm.
She spun around to give him a piece of her mind, but got lost in his green eyes.
A sigh left her throat and she instantly regretted it.
"You're not going anywhere", Dean said smirking.
"So, do you only kill demons?" Sam asked.
The brothers had taken her to the Men of Letters bunker.
"Yep. We have a truce with the Downworlders, which are vampires, werewolves, etc. We can't kill one of them unless they harm a human. It's against the Accords", she said.
"The Accords? Like the girly cars?" Dean asked.
She smiled. "No. It's like…a contract between the Downworlders and the Clave. They're signed every year", she said.
"What is your name?" Castiel asked furrowing his brows.
She smiled and said, "Angeline, people call me Angel".
Dean smiled at Angel and she bit her lip.
Her phone started ringing. She gasped and struggled to open her phone, accidentally turning it on speaker.
"Where the HELL are you?!" a female voice yelled.
"Tula, I'm fine", she told her.
"Do you have any idea how worried he is about you?" Tula asked her.
"It's none of his business", Angel spat.
"Well…then you can forget about coming back to the Institute!" Tula yelled and hung up.
The four sat in silence until Angel got up and left the room.
Dean found her later lying on his bed after crying herself to sleep. He picked up a blanket and covered her up wondering about the strange runes covering her body. He decided that he would ask her in the morning. He smiled as her brushed some hair behind her ear. His heart had been touched by an Angel.
