A/N: So, I will be updating Souls soon, but I couldn't not write this story, my mind was nagging me with ideas!

Setting: This basically takes place while the gang is on the island/ coming back, Kol is actually trapped in the Mikaelson home where Klaus is trapped in the Gilbert home. Kol never died, Jeremy killed Finn instead of Kol. Yes, I know that Finn was already dead, but lets pretend that never happened.

Disclaimer: I do not own TVD, only my own original characters.

Kol sat on the couch, playing Angry Birds. He couldn't believe the Bennett witch had trapped him here- and the fact none of his family would pick up their phones. Luckily enough, there was a cabinet with blood bags in the corner of his living room, and though he much preferred his meals writhing underneath him, it would have to do.

He paused his game as he heard someone approaching the manor. With a loud bang, the front door swung open,
and Kol vampire-sped over to the doorway to enter to the foyer. It was Katherine. "Oh, Kol, right? I wasn't expecting to see you here," The tan vampire smirked.

"Katerina, my brothers old plaything. Hm. How lovely of you to join me," Kol drawled.

Katherine narrowed her eyes at his name for her, but surveyed the home. He was obviously trapped, by the way he was leaning forward on the doorway.

Just as she opened her mouth, in a heartbeat's worth of time, there was an ivory colored hand clutching Katherine's throat. "Do you have it?" A melodious voice trickled out of the new girls mouth.

Katherine raised her hand and reached into her pocket, pulling out a small gray vial. The new girl snatched it away from Katherine's grasp, and released the curly-haired vampire. "Thanks for doing business, S," Katherine smarmed,
before taking off.

The light-brunette haired girl was about to do the same, until Kol cleared his throat, making his presence known.
She turned around, and smiled gleefully at him, "Kol," She said, a slow smile forming on her face.

Kol gave a lopsided grin, "Katherine was alive in the 1400s, and you overpowered her. You must be older than her.
Have we met?"

The girl laughed, "You don't remember, how hurtful," She said the last word sarcastically, stepping forward until she was an inch away from him. Kol could see the green flecks in her gray eyes.

"I would have remembered a face like yours," He says charmingly. She laughed again, reaching a hand to the side of Kol's face, "I guess you'll just have to find out," She said. The girl started backing up, taunting him.

"I'll find you, S," He says, eyes roaming all over her body.

The girls hand flies up to her pendant, surprised for a moment, and then sports a seductive smile, and in the blink of an eye, she's gone.

Her last words hang in the air, barely a whisper, a promise, a challenge.

"Catch me if you can."
