I woke up one morning only to find that I was lying on the floor. Knowing I had school today, I lifted my head to glance at the clock. Apparently last night we had a storm because 12:00 was flashing on the clock. Then, I realized I really didn't care if I was late for school. My mom seemed to care because I could hear my name being screamed from the lower floor. "Braydon Savannah White get your down here! Your going to make us all late!" I don't have the most girly name in the book. Whenever I'm given the chance, I want to make my first name Savannah. I think my parents are very bad at naming kids since my sister's name is Will, and my brother's name is Taylor. I have one messed up family and a lot of times I wish I could be adopted into a normal one.

I found myself squeezed in-between my brother and sister on the way to school in our small BMW. My parents are sitting in the front two seats because apparently, they are too good for the back. Soon enough they'll be at the office of White Furniture, the popular furniture chain my dad owns. Of course they can't go to work until Will, Taylor, and I are at the dreaded school. Why can't I just ditch school and work at McDonalds as a cashier when I'm older? Something makes me think that my parent won't like that idea too much. Yet if I was asked, I suppose that wouldn't be my dream job. I'm currently stuck in 7th grade, Taylor in 9th, and Will in 3rd. We all go to The Miami Academy. Sure, it's a nice school, but a lot of the kids are so full of themselves. That is why I always stick with Sandra. Sandra has long blonde hair with a slight wave in it, everyone compares her to a bean pole since she's so skinny. Yet, she is my best friend.

Walking down the halls with Sandra we see a lot of weird people. We see the nerds, the jocks, the disgusting boys, the goths, the skaters, the cheerleaders, and the populars. Sandra and I consider ourselves the normal ones. Practically everyone has been at The Miami Academy since pre-k and intend on staying here until 12th grade when we graduate. Also, everyone's parents are either wealthy or famous. Some parents are currently shooting movies in Hollywood, and others own huge businesses like mine do. We all range in personalities yet no one ever stands out.

"Where are you going for spring break?" Sandra asked me. "Hopefully far away from Miami." I answered.
