Love the way you lie
Sometimes I love him sometimes I hate him, but I can't leave him anymore. Not that that was ever an option, nor did I ever want to, till recently. Things have changed. He's changed, or maybe I never knew who he was at all. Perhaps, just maybe, I've out grown him. What we used to be. Maybe I can move on with out him. I banish these thoughts, from my mind. The things he hides, from me his wife. I'll never know, nor do I wish to, truly. I may say I do. But I don't. It would be too painful to hear those words utter from his lips. So I banish these things from my mind.
"Didyme" He calls as he open's the door to our room.
"Yes Marcus" I respond smiling and walking over to him.
"I've decided."
"Yes"
"I'm coming with you." And with those words every trouble disappeared. "I just have to tell Aro tonight."
"Let me tell him Marcus. He is my elder brother after all. And he already gave us his blessing." I say Relaxing in his embrace.
"Alright I will meet you at the doors to the city at sun down then and we'll grab a bite to eat before departing in the morning."
"Yes, till then Marcus" I say kissing him briefly on the lips and departing to the meeting room. When I reach it I quietly knocked and enter to find Aro Sitting alone staring at the ceiling with Chelsea leaning against the wall.
"Aro" I called smiling. "Marcus and I are leaving tonight. I know you're not thrilled by this. But believe me brother it is for the best. For you, Marcus, and I" I said walking up to him and placing my hand upon his.
"Yes sister it is one of the many ways for this to play out"
"What do you mean by one of the ways?" I asked. Suddenly he was upon me hand around my throat.
"I'm sorry Didyme, But Marcus is to valuable an asset to let him walk away, even if it is with my own flesh and blood."
My eyes widened as I bit into his left hand. He was going to destroy me. How could he? If I was able to I'd cry. A sharp pain, a snapping sound and black.
