Vulpine Goddess

She stands alone in a bitter night,

And despite, how try she might,

Thoughts of love do hold her mind,

Love, by her own strength, confined.

-

Belief that heart will make you weak,

Mainly power does she seek,

Yet a heat surges deep inside,

Her heart mixes love in with her pride.

-

So elegant, so dignified,

From afar many have spied,

Such beauty and such power,

She is the night-time prowler.

-

A perfect coat of yellow fur,

The darkness seems to follow her,

Alluring stalker of the night,

Speed that matches that of flight.

-

Great, agile, vulpine goddess,

Beyond heavenly art thou blessed.

Battle etched wound beneath thine eye,

All who oppose you are soon to die.

-

Violet gauntlets pulled up your arms,

Claws suffused, enemies to be harmed.

Vulpine goddess, she stands alone,

In this bitter night, she stands all alone.
