Disclaimer: HP and universe = JKR's
A/N: What started as one simple poem seems to turn out as a series. Well, this is about Sev sees Harry. Set during the first book, I think. The mistake I mention in it is taken from a fan fiction that is already finished inside my head but not brought on paper.
Please, review so I can improve. If you like this series I might think of continuing it. Ciao Severina
To Harry
The exact copy
Of your goddamned father
The same impertinent behaviour
Famous from the first year on
The Boy Who Lived
Everybody thinks the miracle was yours
But in reality
Your mother was the strong one
Who defeated HIM
And now you sit here
And remind me every day and night
Of this void inside me
Of your father's prank
His oh so wonderful friends
Who sealed my death
Cowardice made him warn me
Why did he save me
So I could make this goddamn life
In pain and loneliness
To an endless torture for myself
But even worse
Are those shimmering emeralds
Your eyes – her eyes
Which remember me
Of what my own mistake took away from me
I treat you as miserably as I can
Humiliate and punish you
So nobody sees
How my heart of stone weeps before you
You should have been mine
What can obsession with power
Cause for consequences
How can the hunger for knowledge
Destroy everything
Do not be mistaken, boy
I do not hate you
As it seems
But only myself
Nobody is allowed to see this weakness
And so they only see
Nothing more than this cold and icy wall
Especially you
Close your eyes
And get away
Leave me in peace
You will not?
Well, then it's 10 points
