Again
The
fans were cheering. "Matt!" That and the music were so loud nothing else
could be heard, or so they thought. Out
of the crowd came a gunshot, and I'll leave it at that.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
It
was late, Taichi had just gotten home from a harsh soccer game. Before he was able to take a step into the
apartment his mother had her arms around him, hugging him.
"I'm
sorry, I knew how much he meant to you," she cried. Taichi could feel the tears as the rolled down her cheeks.
Confused
by all the Taichi asked, "What are you talking about?"
"You
don't know?"
Shaking
his head he said, "No, I have no clue what you're talking about."
She
pulled her son in side and closed the door behind them. "Yamato was shot, during his concert today."
The
shock was clearly shown in his chocolate eyes.
"Your…. your…. your joking, right?" he managed to sputter out.
She
hugged him. "No, I'm not. I'm so sorry."
Taichi
shook his head in disbelief. "No way."
Yamato
was now his boyfriend for 5 months now.
They're relationship had been kept in secret. Then just recently leaked out.
Despite all that no one seemed to care, the fans still showed up for
Yamato's concerts and they still loved him.
"The
police say it was all because that he was gay, some upset fan I guess. They
also say that they found out who shot him.
It was a Motomiya Jun"
Taichi
didn't appear to have heard a word she just said. He was still in shock from finding out about Yamato. "No, he won't leave me. I love him to much."
His
mother felt so bad for him. "I'm sorry
Taichi." That was the only thing she
could think of to say to her heart broken son.
"No,
no." That one little word he repeated
over and over again. Even as he ran
into his room, slamming and locking the door behind him.
There
was a knock at the front door. Taichi's
mom was hoping it was Sora or someone that could talk to Taichi and calm him
down. As she opened the door her hopes
where crushed, it was the press.
"Ms.
Yagami, may we speak to your son?" One
of them asked.
Her
answer: shutting the door in their faces.
That didn't get through their heads, and the franticly knocked on the
door. By then she was standing by
Taichi's door.
"Taichi? The press is here. I'm shocked they didn't show up sooner."
The
media had a big coverage on the whole Yamato and his relationship. It was because of them that the whole world
found out and that his love was died. Taichi
hated them for that. "Tell them to go
away!" His voice sounded like he was
crying.
"Okay."

After
a day the press left and moved on to their next story. Yet, still in disbelief over Yamato's death
Taichi locked himself in his room for a week. Hoping his blond angel would walk through the door to see him. He hardy moved from the stop on his bed, he
just kept staring at the door. Hoping
for his angel. He never ate by
choice. Hikari and his mother where at
the point that they had to force him to eat anything at all.
That
night his parents where out, and Hikari was over at Takeru's house. Taichi came to his sense and realized that
Yamato was dead and nothing was going to change that fact. Overcome with sadness he wasn't thinking
right, or he wouldn't have done what he did.
He got up from his bed and walked over to his balcony.
"Yamato,
I love you forever and nothing will change that." He climbed on top of the railing. "Good bye minna." He jumped, only because he wanted to see the
person he loved so very much again.
