afternoon and welcome to a poem written for the greatest manga Letter Bee. as a friend of mine said this was made in the spur of the moment. and i think she may have been right. for those of you who know me, i usually post poems like this when I'm stuck on a current story or i just haven't published in a while. rest assured Forsaken Prisoner is being written i just need to get another whack in the head by an inspiration booklet. so i hope you Letter Bee fans enjoy and if your not one, then please still enjoy:)
as you can see the first stanza is in rhyme then later its in free-style. i was trying to make it rhyme but later i realized "I'm telling Lag and Niche's story, I should be able to explain what they go through without much struggle". so it turned out this way. i was wanting to change the first stanza to free-style also but i put too much work into it and it sounded good, so bear with me on this, will you kiddies? thanks:)
To Find Our Hearts In The Ever Perpetual Night
Child of the dark she lives in the shade,
She does not come out into the sunlight to show her lonely face.
Eyes like a wild savage they say she's a taint,
But deep down inside she's really just a saint.
Fallen from the Sky she was an angel and sane.
Clipped and earth-bound, she now lives as Heaven's bane.
The Gem Child lives in the darkest corners of the world's Heart
The sun long gone only to be replaced by an artificial star.
He cries constantly, but is it a shame to cry from one's Heart?
A life he had known and a mother he had loved were taken from him one perpetual night.
His friend, his savior, is still around though the Heart that makes him he has long since disappeared.
Together the Boy and the Girl travel the ever dark world
To bring hope and light to the people who just about lost their fate and were torn.
Walking in a land full of dangerous night monsters with no Hearts, they make the perilous journey
To deliver hope, fate, and Heart to the world and to find what they have lost.
To find out the truth and mysteries about the ever perpetual night.
thank you all for reading and supporting me. if you think its any good, please let me know in your reviews and add-ons on your way out.
