Running, running and more running, that's what my life seemed to consist of now. And yet, it beat being back in the capitol any day. I was tired of their ways, they made me sick. And at least I had him; I look over to see him looking at me. "Can we take a break now" he asks. I look at him and can tell he's tired, "What if there following us?" He looks at me with those hazel eyes and I can tell he knows I'm right. We continue to walk, "where do you think we are?" I ask. "District 12 I believe" he replies. That's when we heard it, the sound of a hovercraft, I hear him curse under his breath, and "they found us" I say. We take off as fast as we can in the woods. My heart was betting fast now, come on we can make it, were so close I kept telling myself. I turned around to make sure he was still behind me and that's when my life changed before my eyes. A spear shot out from the hovercraft. I couldn't seem to find my voice, I watched as he soon hits the ground. "No!" I yell, "Will!" But it is too late, he was already gone. I watch as he is lifted into the hovercraft. Tears start to flow from my face. I wasn't even paying attention when a net soon fell on top of me. As I'm being taken up, I meet eyes with them. A girl and a boy stood behind a tree, watching. They remind me of Will and I. More tears start to flow from my face. I'm almost in the hovercraft now. I lock eyes with the girl now and she locks eyes with me. "Run" I say, "Don't let him end up like Will" I say even though I know she couldn't hear me. I look over at the boy and my mind flashes back to the face of Will. "I love you" I say. These are the last words I said before my life suddenly became very mute.
