Obstacles
Will she ever be fully his? Probably not. Fate is a bastard and so is Riddle. He's only a memory now, but she still bloody loves him; calls him by Riddle's name. It hurts—but not enough to merit any long, painful discussions. She's a bit mad, anyway, he reckons; lovely, but mad. Didn't deserve any of that; the innocents always are the first casualties.
So, she's only half-heartedly his. But will she ever belong to Potter? No.
This gives Draco more satisfaction than anything else imaginable.
