"Sam? Need a little help here."
"What's wrong?"
"My thumb's kinda messed up. Think it's dislocated."
Dean looks down at his thumb, which is bent all the way back and resting flush against his hand. He swallows convulsively, trying to stave off the nausea rolling in his gut.
Sam glimpses the injured digit. "Oh dude, that's really messed up!"
"You think?"
"We should have a doctor fix that."
"No, just do it. Pop it back."
"Ugh."
"Come on, Sammy."
"You sure?"
"Sam…"
Sam pops the thumb back.
Dean staggers back, clutching his hand. "T…t…thanks."
"You okay?"
Dean pales, then pukes.
