America hit talk on his cell phone, he placed it by his ear, and heard a quiet.
"Happy birthday brother." Canada said quietly and he was leaning against a wall.
"Hey, Canada. Happy late birthday to you. It's not like I was pissed off." America commented cheerfully and he tilted his head. "Not like I'm upset that you are getting more attention because of that Prince and his bride. Yeah, I'm not upset at all."
"America, They are not staying here forever. They will be visiting you on the-" Canada was cut off.
"Anyway, I'm going to have a smaller party this year." America said calmly and he smiled brightly. "You are invited to come and make sure no one follows you. This year it will only be me and you. So you'll come over, right?"
"Sure." Canada agreed and he sighed softly. "It's not like you left me any choice, America."
"There will be fireworks, hot dogs, singing, and a lot of other stuff." America stated happily and he only listened to Canada's 'Sure'.
"Anyway, Happy late birthday brother. I have stuff to prepare for the 4th of July party. You'll be here soon, right? You'll be using your fighter jet to get here really fast." America
"No, It wouldn't be a good idea for me to use my fighter jet because-" Canada was cut off again.
"I'll let my boss and all of my military people know so you won't be shot down." America informed him calmly and he grinned. "Make sure to spray paint an American flag drawing on it because it's more heroic than a maple leaf. Later, Canada. Happy late birthday and good luck."
