Hello Fanfiction readers. I have been given a challenge. To make a romance with Edward and a oc work, with the least amount of mary sueness possible. This is just an intro, most chapters will be about 2- 5 thousand words. Actually probably more, one chapter for almost every episode, and lots of filler chapters. My goal is to follow the story, while adding in missions to find the stone, days off, visits home, and lots of fun. Trust me, I hate mary sues, I'll try to make our character, Megan (see look a normal name that would fit into the time zone) I also have a goal to figure out how to make a line break. Megan will be an alchemist, as is part of the challenge, but she won't be as amazing as the canon characters.

"The Ice Alchemist, you say?"
Amsteres Central headquarters. In a large military office, two men stand. The south side of the room bears a large map of the country of amestris on it, taking up most of the wall. The north side of the room, there is a large ornate door. A elegant chandelier hangs in the middle of the room.
The older of the two men speaks, his voice seems to demand respect with its aged and wise tone.
"Yes. He has made his way to this city of central" The older man glances back at the map, then to the other man in the room
"Colonel Roy Mustang, I want you to be in charge of his capture"
The younger man, his face seemingly void of expression responds to his orders, his voice smooth, with a tone that is both monotone, and full of unreadable emotions.
"If such are your orders" The older of the two nods his head
"Ah, it's certainly is a chance you were in central. I am relieved knowing I can leave you in charge" Roy Mustang Nods his head "Hai"
"Oh and...Our rising young star is here as well as the girl, I'm placing them at your disposal" Roy Mustang Raised his head in interest
"Fuhrer Bradley, by that do you mean..."
"Yes. The Fullmetal alchemist, Edward Elric"
