Light Yagami stood in front of a gravestone; he'd killed the one he loved. Be Kira, or love L. He couldn't have both. That's why he was crying.
The brunette stared down at the ground so he did not notice the other figure.
"Hello."
Light looked up
"Uhhhh...who...w-who are you?"
The figure wore a long black cloak, hooded so Kira couldn't see his face until he unveiled it by removing the hood and throwing off the cloak to reveal jeans and a white shirt. He had messy black hair and was extremely pale with dark bags under his eyes.
Light gasped and felt the warm tears and cold rain on his face.
"L...L!" Raito suddenly started freaking out and wondering if he was going insane. L was dead!
"You're dead!" He exclaimed
"No, I'm right here talking to you."
"Your...who are you?"
"Ahhh let me introduce myself. Beyond Birthday is my name. And I am going to kill you.
"What?"
"You killed L. I loved him. Well hated him too I suppose, but..."
The L copy smiled but a look of dismay and sorrow clouded his blood red eyes. He might have been crying but Light couldn't tell because of the rain.
"I will kill you Light Yagami."
"How do...You have shinihami's eyes!"
"I do." Beyond dig into the pocket of his robe that he picked up off the ground and pulled out a shining blade.
But Light pulled out a piece of his death note paper and shakily wrote BEYOND BIRTHDAY.
Beyond lunged and shoved Light to the ground and jabbed the knife into his heart.
Then the killer stumbled to L's grave and fell upon it where he collapsed as Kira bled to death a few feet away...
