Reunited
A/N : Everything in the story matches everything in the show, the only difference is that Olivia never told anyone about Simon. Also Serena never died and is still alive, she also still abuses Olivia. Set after the Season 14 premiere. This is of course a Bensler story.
"Hey Liv." "Hey Fin" said Olivia as she walked into the station. "Where's the captain? She asked Fin. "He took a week's vacation time." "You know who the temporary captain is?" she asked. His face visibly darkened. "No" he lied. He could see the disbelief written all over her face. She decided not to push him though. "Okay." She said as Amanda, Nick, and Munch walked in, "I got a call, see you guys in about an hour." "Okay, Bye Liv." They all said in unison.
She came back 5 hours later at one. "What happened?" asked Nick. "There was a little mix up at the hospital," She lied. As she said this a man in a nice suit walked in. "My name is Mark Talker, I will be your captain for the next two days. My son is deployed then and I go on leave. Then you will have a new temporary captain." Amanda, Nick, Fin, and Munch all sighed and looked at Liv worriedly. Liv sighed suspiciously and turned back to her mountain of paperwork. When she turned looked up and turned back around they were all standing around her desk. She was completely surrounded. Amanda put a hand Olivia's shoulder and she held back from wincing. When Fin did the same thing, she couldn't help but wince. "Are you okay?" Nick and Munch asked noticing her reaction. "I'm fine, why are you all standing by my desk?" she asked trying to change the subject. But she wasn't completely changing it to some weird topic. Truth be told, she really didn't like it when people studied her desk. She felt like it was an invasion on her privacy. "Yeah, sure you are." Fin said, not falling for it. "Can you give us a minute?" Amanda asked. The three men walked away and eyed Olivia suspiciously. "I saw the bruise on your shoulder." She said. Olivia sighed and ran a shaky hand through her hair. She didn't want anyone to find out her secret. She had hid it for 13 years from these people. "Is it a boyfriend of yours?" Amanda asked. Olivia shook her head. "Does this have to do with the little mix up at the hospital?" "It wasn't at the hospital. I had gone to visit someone before I came to work, I left my jacket there. I went back. I slipped and hit my shoulder on the table. It was an accident." She lied. Amanda knew it wasn't the truth but she decided not to push Olivia and walked back to her desk. Olivia sat back down to bury herself in paperwork, but she couldn't help but be distracted by how she was supposed to cover this all up and what the previous events meant. Two hours later while Olivia was typing a report, the others talked in the locker room. Amanda had filled them in because of she was worried about her friend. "What do you think happened?" asked Nick. "Well she has a huge bruise on her shoulder, but she wouldn't tell me what happened. Said it was an accident," Amanda said. "What happened Baby Girl?" Fin asked more to himself than anyone. They all looked up when they heard a loud, "OLIVIA ANNE BENSON!" come from the bullpen.
Just then a woman walked into the bullpen drunkenly.
