He hates the way Wally cracks up at his own jokes.

He hates the way Wally whines and pouts like a child to get what he wants.

He hates the way Wally refuses to change the channel when his favorite cartoon is on TV.

He hates the way Wally can eat everything in the Watchtower kitchen... and still have room for dessert.

He hates the way Wally makes jokes at the most inappropriate moments.

He hates when Wally runs in the Watchtower, hates when all he can see is a red blur, hates when all he can hear is a whoosh of air and Flash's laugh.

He hates the way Wally's laugh makes Bruce himself want to burst into giggles.

He hates that when Wally pouts, Bruce can't help but give in.

He hates the way he doesn't even try to change the channel because he loves the ecstatic expression on Wally's face.

He hates that Wally, no matter how hungry the speedster is, always leaves some for others.

He hates the way Wally can put a positive spin on any gloomy situation, and hates that Wally isn't afraid to do it.

He hates the way his heart skips a beat whenever he sees a red blur. Because he always remembers that one day Flash may go a little too fast.

He hates that Wally's smile lights up a room.

He hates the way Wally's fiery orange hair suits him perfectly. And that his hair always seems to be a mess.

He hates the way Wally's freckles are too faint to see unless you're purposely looking for them.

He hates that Wally managed to get all of Central City to love him- without even trying.

He hates that Wally's endless chatter never bothers him.

He hates that when Wally enters the room, Bruce has to force himself not to smile.

Batman hates everything about the speedster. But what he hates most of all is that he doesn't really hate Wally, no matter how hard he tries.

"Bats, can I paint the Watchtower? Gray is such a boring color. I'd pick a navy blue, maybe an aqua blue. No wait! Purple. Purple is still in style, right? Nevermind. What about green? Neon green? Mint green?"

Without looking up from his screen, Batman growled, "You're not painting the Watchtower."

Flash whined, "But Baaats, it'll only take 5 minutes tops!"

"No."

"Why do you hate me?" Flash groaned in response, taking a dejected sip from his soda. After a few seconds of silence, he spoke up again. "Wanna hear about the time I made Mirror Master eat his own laser pistol?"

Batman rolled his eyes, but smirked nonetheless as Wally launched into his story. He talked with such excitement and pure happiness, Bruce wondered how anyone could hate him. Except maybe Mirror Master.
