Chapter 1
Jay's thoughts
I felt all the others staring at me: Kevin, Mia, Emily, Antonio and even Mike. We were deciding who was going to get the new discs. Everyone was anxious. I called the names Mia, Emily and Antonio. Mike started to complain, as usual. Kevin just walked away.
I told Mike how sorry I was but the others have worked harder and listened more. I suggested working harder and training more. "It's not fair you just like then more than me. I mean I work harder than Mia, Antonio and Emily. Jayden you are just so mean!" Mike said. "You didn't deserve the disc," I said fiercely. Mike stomped away angrily.
Later that day, we play a game called my biggest secret. Everybody had to tell their biggest secret. It was Mia's turn, then Mike's, Kevin's and Antonio's turn. Finally, it was my turn and they asked me what my biggest secret was. I said, " I don't really want to talk about it right now." I wish I could tell them what was going on and who I really was.
