This is the poem from my story, Did you know.
Susans POV
Did you know, that the moment you left, I knew?
Did you know, I knew she existed for all that time?
How could I forget her, with banners so high?
But how could you know it was my way to hide.
Did you know, how I cried inside?
Did you know, I didn't say goodbye?
How could I say goodbye to my family
But how could you know she was my only true home.
Did you know, like I did that it was to end
Did you know, I would be left alone again
How could you not know, the ending was near
But you left me anyway, waiting hear.
Did you know, my reality is fading
Did you know, each day I am aching
How I wish I could see you one last time?
But I know that today is not that time.
