'This year is going to be different from the others before, I just know it!' Lilly Evans tried to convince herself, as she walked onto the huge student crowded platform. Lilly is what most would have called a geek or loser. And in her earlier years at Hogwarts, she really did look like a geek, with her red hair, freckles, and glasses. But this year, she was unrecognizable. She finally was able to see without her glasses, making her unique emerald eyes stand out even more than normal. Her red hair, usually up in a ponytail, was now down in beautiful ringlets. Her body, once unfit and overweight, was now slim and stunning. She became what the guys at Hogwarts called a heart breaker.

"Hey baby, haven't seen you around here before, you new?" Lilly turned around to see her old crush, James Potter and his best friends, Sirius Black and Remus Lupin.

"Oui et non."

"Huh?" Sirius and James shared a look of complete confusion before looking back to Lilly in a way that forced her to smile.

" Vous ĂȘtes de Beauxbaton, n'est ce pas ??"

"Oui. Je m'appelle Lilly, et toi?"

"Je m'appelle Remus, tu es française?"

"Non! Je suis anglais. Et toi?"

"Moi aussi. Parlez-vous l'anglais ? "

"Yes. You have a very good French accent, Remus." Lilly said in English, somewhat scaring James and Sirius, because they had no idea what Lilly and Remus were talking about, or that Lilly could speak English.

"You have a very strong accent yourself. How long were you in Beauxbaton?"

"Four years. But I didn't always go to Beauxbaton; I used to go here, to Hogwarts. My first two years of school I spent here." Lilly said not even sparing a glance for James or Sirius.

"Why did you transfer to Beauxbaton?" Sirius asked. Lilly looked at him against her will so that she could better see his expression.

"I have my reasons." Lilly gave James and Sirius her best 'come and try I dare you' looks making them drool, "Au revoir, Remus." she said before walking away, smiling as she did so. 'Revenge is so sweet.'
