Metal Slug: Marco's Bizzare Adventure

After the defeat of general Morden, our hero Marco Rossi now becomes captain and finally starts his adventure, but with his best friend Tarma on the side, along with stranger events going on, Marco's adventure began as a bizarre one. His days are just getting more bizarre everyday.

Author: Metal Slug is kinda dead now for the fanfiction side. So I decided to create a story which will usually follow up with the upcoming animations I'm planning so far.

I have started 3 animation projects since last year however I placed Marco on the second is because episode 2 of pvzhtf will take longer to animate rather than the first episode.

Chapter 1: New Day New Beginnings

Marco's POV

Two years have passed since the first modern war took place. Luckily I was there during the war along with my best friend and brother in arms Tarma. We both went through a lot except he sleeps on the job at some cases. By the time we defeated Morden and his rebel army, we became the heroes I dreamt of, so much for becoming a software developer, I'd rather stick with the military as my opportunity. Hero, just how long will my legacy last?

2030 which is my present year. It was my morning shift, as the new captain of the peregrine falcon force, it is my duty to manage new recruits for the SPARROWS unit. I was in a bus reaching my destination and as I made it I stepped out and took a deep breath and enjoyed the fresh air of my homeland. I looked up and up ahead is my headquarters.

It's more on the University side since it has an internship program. I stepped inside past the front main gates as the guards welcome me as a hero with true respect. Either Im becoming humble or I'm just acting plain stupid. What I wasn't sure about it is about my safety. Now that I'm the new captain of the force I became an open target now.

I just get the feeling that someone is always watching me from behind. So I paused my way in the gate and looked at my back and I see three hooded creeps just staring at me, if I ran they'll find out, I gotta play cool just like Tarma. So... I looked away and do the cool as usual and tried to pretend that I didn't see anything.
