Challenge Word: Safe

A/N~I have been bitten by the drabble bug *big time* so now I'm going back through past challenges to try my hand at different words. I also am not ashamed to admit that I am totally using drabbles as means of procrastination. What can I say...mini breaks are necessary to the creative process! With harsh words and slamming doors echoing in his head, Dean growled deep in his throat, a fisted hand slamming hard into the yellowed motel wall. He bit back a curse as it connected, shockwaves rolling up his arm.

It was empty. The safe was empty, all of the cash…gone.

Wounded green eyes stung with unshed tears as he drew back and again threw a punch at the wall. The money was irrelevant…he could hustle another game of pool. Unfortunately, retrieving his stubborn ass baby brother from Stanford wouldn't be as easy.

"Dammit Sammy! Why'd you have to leave too?"
