A/N I know I had to delete this for minor mistakes. I hate mistakes. What is life to me? To some it's breathing and living every moment to the fullest, loving every one who they come across, even if they treat you like dirt. But to me, it's wanting to be by his side, happy, holding hands with our pups that he helped create, and bring into this world.
I know this will never happen not now not ever. I live to hope, wish and want to be by his side, but he loves someone else. I don't hate her, hate is too powerful. I dislike her, never will be able to like her.
It was a dreary day and I had to head back to my era for school and some tests I had to make up, much to my dismay. I bid farewell to all of my companions. Well most of them anyway. My gaze came upon the haynou I don't want to leave. Ever.
"Kagome, stay safe and come back. We all need you here in this era. " he stated. I felt the heat rise to my cheeks. es he knew how to make me smile with just a few words but he could also make me want to say 'sit'. If only he knew how I felt.
"You kow I'll be back. Just because Naraku is dead doean't mean I can't see you guys! I'll be back for sure." After saying those few words, I jumped through Bone Eater's Well and ran to my house.
"I'm home!"
After a week days of make up testing, I was finally free to return to the feudal era. I don't think I could have been happier until I got arrived back to the past. He was standing there waiting for me.
"Oh.! Hi, what are you doing here?"
"..."
"Hello?"
"...zzzZzzzZzzz..."
"Awwwwwww! He's sleeping."
"Keh! No I'm not."
"Are you sure? You were snoring just now."
"Kagome I have something to ask you."
My heart started to pound, my hands shook. Clawed hands took my own, gold eyes stared into mine.
He hesitated, his hands shaking my into oblivion, I could see he was nervous. For Kami's sake, a blind man could see that he was nervous.
"Kagome, I thought about this while you were gone and I decided. Kagome, will you be my mate?"
My mouth shot open. I must have been hearing wrong, right?
"Yes InuYasha I will be you mate, AND carry your pups, too!"
Silence
"Are you serious? You would do that for me?" he looked at me, dumbfounded.
"Hey InuYasha. SIT!" I yelled.
CRACK!
"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR?"
"THAT'S FOR TAKING SO LONG TO ASK ME!" I explained.
