Eggo Waffle Commercial
The commercial opens with a young boy anxiously watching a shiny metal toaster.
Suddenly, a golden Eggo waffle spring into the air. Before the boy has a chance to grab his toasty warm waffle, an arrow on a bungee cord slices through the air, spearing the yellow circle in its path. The bungee cord whips the arrow, along with the waffle, back to its owner.
The kid whirls around to see Legolas holding his Eggo. We see Merry and Pippin sneak in behind them, remaining unnoticed.
"Hey!" the boy hollers, "Lego took my Eggo!"
The camera switches to show Legolas taking a small bite of the Eggo waffle with a far away look in his eyes.
"Mmmm…" says Legolas thoughtfully, "Tastes like elvish waybread! One bite is enough to fill the stomach of a grown man." He snaps out of it suddenly, realizing he is being watched. He smiles, turning. "Here you go kid,"
The boy snatches the Eggo out of Legolas' hand while the camera zooms in behind them, and we see Merry and Pippin sitting on the floor with an empty Eggo box and crumpled wrappers strewn around them.
"How many did you eat Pip?" Merry asks.
"Four." Pippin belches in reply.
The commercial closes with a sultry female voice saying "Get your own Lego- I mean Eggo."
