My Wonderful Weasley Wedding-Teddy/Victoire.
"Oh dear." lamented Fleur Delacour. "Dominique's shoes do not feet, and vhere is Rox-anne? ROX-ANNE! Come 'ere, last minute fitting."
Roxanne flitted in, her usually uncombed, wild red hair perfectly curled.
"Ohh, re-lax Aunt Fleur. We 'ave already 'ad one meelion feetings!"
She grinned and Fleur scowled at Roxanne's surprisingly good imitation of her and beckoned. Roxanne rolled her eyes and slipped on the blue dress.
"Perfect! Yes, Roxanne, go get Dominique. I need 'er foot size for ze expandable charm. DOMIN-I-IQUE! Come 'ere! Ohhh, Leely, does your dress feet right?"
"Yes, Aunt Fleur, eet ees fine." replied Lily, imitating Fleur the way Roxanne had.
Fleur sighed. There were Weasleys EVERYWHERE and it was chaos as she ran around, checking it was OK. Bill thought it was OK to leave her doing it all.
Oh wait, where was the actual BRIDE? Victoire Aurore Weasley, her eldest daughter, was getting married to Theodore Lupin, her childhood friend. It seemed weird.
"Aunt Fleu-eur. My hair won't go right! Curse my mum for her unmanageable hair!"
A voice that Fleur recognized as Rose's whined at her.
Fleur had to stop herself from going URG! out loud. Yes it was Victoire's special day, but it was just so damn stressful.
"Ok, come here Rose."
"Good!"
"SEET STEELL!"
"There, done! Go find Toire please!"
"Bonjour, Maman. Oui, you sent Rose. Well, here I am!"
Fleur fought back tears. Here was her beautiful 1/8 veela daughter, standing there in her beautiful wedding dress. Because of her extremely pale complexion, she had insisted her dress would be whitish-peach instead of white, which she insisted would make her look like a pale blob.
Now, she tied a beautiful pale blue sash around her waist and smiled into the mirror.
"Maman. My shoes don't fit!" complained Dominique.
"Oh! Zhere you are! Now, I vill expand your shoes."
Fleur murmured the charm. Suddenly, Teddy, wearing dress robes, a peachish shirt and a pale blue tie burst into the room. "Fleur? Toire? It's the wedding in five."
The moment was gone and Fleur went back to being in panic mode.
"Dominique, go get ze ozer bridesmaids." They were Lily, Rose, Roxanne and Victoire's best friend, Cara."
Fleur sat on a spindly, peach- satined chair and watched her husband fight back tears as he gave Victoire away. She watched her precious daughter walk up the aisle to Teddy, then seal their love with a kiss.
