"I had to protect you ..", Modo bowed his head.
"Oh boo hoo to you ..", Vinnie grinned weakly. "It's so, that we are now a couple ..", he sneered wit pain. "But i'm still the same guy as before."
"Yeah ..", Modo grabbed him by the hand. "Yes, but .. "
"And it's so", Vinnie growled and stood up. "If you do not get used to it , maybe we should not be together .."
Modo stared at him. "You do not mean that .."
But Vinnie bowed his head. "I'm not kidding, Modo .. i .."
"Okay, I'll do it", Modo agreed quickly. "I'll do whatever you want, I just want ..", he lowered his head. "I have to get used to it ..", he muttered.
Vinnie looked at him tenderly and nudged him in the arm. "Okay, big guy, we are in agreement on this issue."
Modo looked at him. "But promise me one thing .. okay?"
Vinnie nodded. "I promise to be extra careful."
Modo amazed at how Vinnie always knew what he was going to ask. "I love you .."
Vinnie grinned. "Do not start that sentimentality now."
Modo blushed deeply when Vinnie kissed him quickly. "I'm still the same guy as before."
