AN: This is #69 (Explode) on LaPaige's 101 writing prompts. Although I mention no names, it is intended to be a Seddie, you can think of it as any pairing. This is my second attempt at an iCarly fic, hopefully it will do better than my first. Please review, I really do appreciate your thoughts and criticism.
S w e a t y Palms clasped tightly
My eyes d-a-r-t-i-n-g everywhere
Refusing to look HIM in the eye
He reaches out to c a l m me, it becomes w o r s e
I pull away, regretting it as his warmth disappears from my shoulder
I'm fighting the urge, the urge to jump him right then, right there
I let out a breath I didn't know I was h o l d i n g
I finally focus on the brunette boy before ME
And all R E A S O N leaves me as I take the remaining steps, closing the d i s t a n c e between us
Unclasping my hands and placing them at my sides
I take one last look into the c o n f u s e d eyes in front of my own
The explosion of logical thoughts in my head f a d e away
As my hormonal ones take control
My l i p s meet his swiftly before I lose my n e r v e
Stepping back I open my eyes and examine his
Unreadable eyes, I search his face for a C L U E
A smile crosses his lips, and everything is right in the world
