"A High School Story"

Reba was sitting in her room trying to catch up on her homework that she had missed during the week.She was working away when there was a knock at her bedroom door."Come in".Reba's best friend,Lily,walked in.
"Hey,what are you doing",Lily asked her."Nothing,just homework.What are you doing here"?"I was going to a party tonight at Brad's and wanted you to come".

"Look,Ive got alot to do"."Reba,you never get out.You need to go out with me tonight".Reba agreed to go.They ran downstairs and passed by the living room,and Reba shouted to her parents."Hey,Im giong with Lily tonight,Ill be back about midnight"."Okay".They gave her some money and the two left left.

They arrived at the party about 9pm.Just then a guy came running through the front door yelling,"I got the beer"!"You didnt tell me there would be beer here",Reba looked at Lily."Well I didnt know".

About two hours passed and Reba went to look for Lily,who she had not seen for a while.When she found her,Lily was laid out on Brad's parents' bed.She was really out of it."Lily,Lily",Reba began to shake her."Dude,try some its awesome",Lily said holding up a beer bottle."Oh my god,Lily,you're drunk"!

"Lighten up,its only a few...a few somethings"."Come on I gotta get you home",Reba said pulling on Lily."No way my parents will kill me"."Okay,fine,you can stay with me for the night"."Im not going anywhere"."Hey Lily,Ill race you too the car",Reba tried to get her up."Woo hoo".

Lily ran to the car,then puked.Reba ran after her.She walked over to the side of the woods and pulled Lily's long hair back,as she kept puking."Come on,Im driving home"."No,I will drive home",Lily told her oddly laughing.Reba fought her for the keys and finally pulled them from her hands.She got Lily in the car and then buckled her up.

Reba then got in herself,and started to drive home.Lily was driving Reba crazy trying to grab the wheel,so she decided to take the backroads,as a short cut home. She turned off the mail road on to the one lane dirt road.Lily started getting sick again so Reba sped up a little bit to 55mph to hurry home.

Reba was driving and looking over at Lily when a red chevy truck drove up closer to them,speeding also.Reba screamed and in the blink of an eye,the two vehicles collided.The other car had hit the driver's seat,where Reba was and it flipped the car into a ditch.The other car,unharmed,sped off.

The door was smashed in to where there was no way of opening it.Lily was still hanging on by a thin string to life,and it killed Reba instantly.It wasnt until morning when somebody found them.By then Lily was no longer alive.

By the next morning,news had spread across the small town.The whole 11th grade was excused for the week to attend both funerals.All of their friends could not beleive how they were gone.Two young lived were erased and the man who did it was still unknown.
