I generally just wanted to celebrate Niley Day with this short One-Shot. I love the couple and I hope you love this. :)
The Day We Met
Little Miley sighed. She was officially bored. None of her friends were at the park and she had no one to play with.
"I give up. No one's coming." Just as she was about to ask her Dad if they could leave, someone slowly grabbed hold of her hand.
She turned around and was surprised to see a boy about her age. "Hey, I'm Nick."
Miley didn't know him so he studied him like she usually does when she meet's new people. Nick raised his eyebrow.
"Oh sorry. I'm Miley." She smiled. They stood like that for what seemed like hours, just staring at each other.
"Umm you can let go of my hand now." Nick looked down and blushed. He didn't want to let go but reluctantly did.
Nick finally remembered his question. "So, I just wanted to ask if you wanna go on the seesaw with me."
"Sure!" Miley answered in a perky tone. He smiled and took her hand. They reached it and sat on the opposite "ends" (As Nick would have called them.)
And they began the motion of going up and down. They didn't talk the whole time, just staring at each other.
They were interrupted by Miley's father who told Miley they had to leave. As they were about to go their separate ways, Nick asked her "Can we meet again tomorrow?"
Miley looked at her dad for the answer. He simply smiled and nodded.
She turned around and smiled "See ya."
She waved goodbye as she walked away. Nick stayed there watching her the whole time until she disappeared into the distance. He
Both of them were thinking about each other the rest of the day. Both were eager to see each other again the next day.
Nick and Miley would never forget that day. The day he met his best friend Miley Stewart and they day she met her best friend Nick Lucas.
