Alright, here is my second attempt at a song fic. This is to 'Gives You Hell' by All American Rejects (which I do not own)

The alarm buzzed, meaning it was evening and time for Bakura to get up. There was smile across his face. He enjoyed the fact that I was able to sleep though the day while Malik was working nine to five at some degrading job.

Say it wasn't pretty. There was lying even though they had some great memories

When they were going out, they had a lot of fun. They visited several places and make some great memories. They broke up a few weeks ago because Bakura found out that Malik had been lying to him about seeing other people. Bakura didn't know who Malik had cheated on him with, but that person was long gone. Bakura had been very rude toward Malik whenever the two crossed paths since then. His goal was to give Malik hell just by seeing Bakura's face.

Bakura dressed and left the house. He walked the streets taking wallets from rude people or anyone he did not like the look of. Pocketing the money, he dropped the wallet in a trash can and kept moving.

Walking past Malik's house, he saw the blond through the window. Malik scowled and came out the front door.

"Now, where's your picket fence, love?" Bakura asked once Malik was outside.

"Go away, Bakura," Malik told him coldly.

"And where's that shinny car?" Bakura continued with a grin across his face. "And did it every get you far?"

"You are not welcome," Malik said. "Go away."

Bakura looked at Malik for a moment. "You've never seemed so tense, love."

"I'm having someone over," Malik admitted.

"I've never seen you fall so hard."

"I haven't 'fallen'," Malik argued.

"Do you know where you are?"

"In the relationship? Why do you care?"

"Truth be told I miss you," Bakura told him. "And truth be told I'm lying."

"Then why are you really here."

"Because when you see my face I hope it gives you hell. When you walk my way I hope it gives you hell," yelled at Malik, several weeks of hatred coming out. "If you find a man that's worth a man and treats you well, then he's a fool, you're just as well, hope it gives you hell."

Bakura had walked into the yard and Malik had come away from the door.

"Tomorrow you'll be thinking to yourself 'Yeah, where did it all go wrong?'," Bakura told Malik. "But the list goes on and on."

Malik remained silent, waiting for Bakura to finish.

"Now you'll never see what you've done to me. You can take back you memories, they're no good to me," Bakura said as he pushed Malik to the ground. He stood directly over Malik looking down at him. Malik's face was controlled with rage but his eyes were sad that this is what Bakura really thought. "And here all your lies, you can look me in the eyes with the sad sad look that you wear so well."

Bakura walked back to the sidewalk and made to walk away. Instead he turned around to see Malik who was back on his feet.

"When you see my face I hope it gives you hell!" Bakura yelled.

"When you walk my way I hope it gives you hell!" Malik yelled back, stealing Bakura's line from earlier.

"If you find a man that's worth a damn and treats you well, then he's a fool, you're just as well, hope it gives you hell!" Bakura continued just as loudly.

"STOP!" a new voice screamed.

Malik and Bakura turned to see Ryou.

"You're the one he's going out with now?" Bakura asked Ryou.

"Yes. Do you two really have that big of a problem?"

Bakura turned back to Malik. "Well, it looks like you did find someone worth a damn that will treat you well. He's still a fool."

Bakura turned his back on the two and began to walk back toward his apartment. Without looking back, he call "I hope he puts you through hell."

That last line was the only way I could figure out the last verse.

What do you think?
