The Loud Ones – him and HIM.
The Sexy Ones – her and HER.
A snake. A curse.
A toad. A yearning.
A slug. A burden.
Dark and morose, obsessed with strange goals.
Bright and a little too cheerful, obsessed with proving things.
Slightly dim and irritatingly truthful, obsessed with protecting loved ones.
Some of the similarities were startling.
Some of the similarities scared the bejeezus out of people.
Some of the similarities between them and THEM are so the same that its freakishly absurd.
So much so, a few questions arise.
Would he betray the Leaf like HIM?
Would he become a perverted hermit like HIM?
Would she become a compulsive gambler like HER?
None of the aforementioned probably think they'd become their counterparts.
But still.
You can't help but wonder…
Are they really the carbon copies that they could be?
