Kiba kicked the door of his bedroom angrily. Naruto, Sasuke and Shikamaru were all looking at him in amusement.
"You all think this is funny, don't you?"
Naruto snickered from behind his hand and nodded.
"Well, it's not like you to lose your cool over a girl, Kiba," he explained. "What are you always saying to us?"
"If a guy is giving your girl attention and you aren't, start," Sasuke said. "Listen to your own rules once in a while and you may end up as cool as us."
Kiba turned to look at his three best friends. Naruto was grinning like an idiot, Sasuke was smirking with an eyebrow raised and Shikamaru was lying back on the bed, smiling slightly and peering at him through his one open eye.
Kiba sighed.
"Rule number one guys," he said, running his hand though his hair before turning to grin at his friends. "There's a 99% chance you are awesome –"
"Act like it," the rest chimed in with him.
