My Heart, My Soul, My Son

Keep on going, my sweet boy.

I know I'm not there to guide you.

But you hold on tight to your love and your joy,

And please know that I'll always be the light to carry you through.

I know it's been hard, and I know it's been tough,

But I hope and I pray that my love is enough.

Don't forget about me when the war is won,

And always remember…you're my heart, my soul, my son.
