"Sir, wake up! You need to finish signing these papers," Hawkeye ordered, sternly.
Colonel Mustang's head did not lift off of the desk.
Just as Riza grabbed her gun, Hughes walked through the open door.
"Don't bother, Riza. He's out like a light," Hughes commented, walking up to the desk.
"He needs to get these papers signed, or we'll be set back an entire week!" Riza cried out, raising the gun. Hughes held his arm out in front of her, gently pushing her behind him.
"I think this will work," he grinned, devilishly.
He bent down to the same level as the sleeping man.
"Roy," Hughes said, his voice growing louder, "Wake up. Ed's walking around Central. COMPLETELY NAKED!"
"WHAT?!" Roy jumped out of his chair and looked around the room, seeing nothing but a shocked Hawkeye and a hysterical Hughes.
"DAMN IT, HUGHES!" The Colonel yelled, sitting back down in his chair.
He laid his head back down on the desk.
The Next Day....
"Wake up, sir!" Hawkeye ordered.
No response.
She sighed and pulled out her gun.
She shot into the air, earning a jump from Mustang, but nothing more.
She put her gun on the desk and stepped forward.
"Sorry, sir. I just wanted to wake you to tell you that Edward is, in fact, walking around Central, very drunk and...naked," she finished in a monotone.
"REALLY?!" Roy jumped up, only to be disappointed once more. He nearly cried from the unfairness of it all.
The Next Day....
7:53 P.M.
"Wooooo! I've never felt better in mah LIFE, Hughes!" This was Ed's greeting as he saw the bespectacled man at the entrance.
"Um...Ed? Have you been drinking? And...where's your shirt? And your pants? Why are you only wearing boxers?" Hughes asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Yep. 'm drunk, and I've never felt" -hiccup- "better!" Ed hiccuped again, his cheeks turning a rosy-red color.
-----------
"Colonel Mustang!" Havoc burst into the room, looking as if he had just seen this most incredible thing in the world. "Come quick! You're not gonna believe this! Ed is walking around Central with nothing but BOXERS on!"
Roy woke up immediately, but he didn't jump up. His eyes narrowed, wondering who could have told Havoc about his fantasies.
"Oh, no. I'm not falling for that one again! Now leave and lock the door behind you," Roy ordered.
"But, he's-" Havoc started, obviously confused.
"OUT!" Roy bellowed, threatening to snap his poised fingers.
And with that, Havoc locked the door and slammed it shut, leaving the Colonel alone in his office. If only Roy knew what was on the other side of that door.
"ED! PUT YOUR BOXERS BACK ON!" Hughes cried, shielding his eyes.
"Man, I wish Roy was here to see this!" Havoc laughed hysterically, clutching his sides as the young blonde skipped merrily out of Central HeadQuarters, leaving behind a trail of clothes.
(A/N: I know this is mediocre, but I wrote it at 4:45 in the morning. lol. Just a little drabble. Reviews?)
