Whiterso: So, are you ready to tell us all how you ended up to be a Kratt Kid?
Harper: Yeah… Kratt Teen to be exact. /
Whiterso: Kratt Kid, Kratt Teen, I don't mind.
Harper: Well, you are my creator. You tell them. I don't even remember much of my childhood. XD
Whiterso: I thought you'd never ask! XD
Chris tapped on the microphone to finish his speech at the Creature Convention. "Every month, at least a hundred seals have been beaten and abused for no reason at all."
Martin joined in. "That's not even all. Their homes are melting away faster than you think they are. Without them, creatures like polar bears wouldn't survive."
"That's why we have to work together to save them! Even the smallest donation can make a huge difference."
Martin noticed someone getting ready to leave. "Before you go just remember that animals have feelings too, just like you and me."
As the crowd began to clear out, a girl with her parents cocked her head to the side in confusion.
"Who are those people, Daddy?"
"They're the Kratt Brothers, sweetie. They belong to a crew called the Wild Kratts that protects animals." Miguel said.
The little girl looked at her seal doll and then back at the Kratt Brothers.
"But why, Daddy? I thought animals hurt people! Abuelo told me."
Miguel leaned to the side to his wife and started whispering. "Why did you even think visiting papa was a good idea, Mia?!"
Mia nudged him as she bent down to her daughter. "Don't believe anything your abuelo says when he's..."
She was cut short when her daughter started running to the Kratt Brothers. She climbed up the stage where Martin picked her up.
"Whoa, whoa, slow down, kiddo!" Martin said playfully.
Chris petted the girl's head as she stared blankly at him.
"What's your name little girl?" Chris asked.
"B...Brooklyn..."
"That's a sweet name, Brooklyn. Wanna know more about..."
"Brooklyn!" Chris and Martin cringed a little when hearing the wife's yelling before she walked up the stage and took her daughter. "I'm so sorry... My daughter is a umm... highly-spirited girl..."
"That's ok, Ms!" Martin said.
"We're really glad to meet your daughter, Ma'am!" Chris said.
"But we've got business to attend to with other fans, so... gotta go!" Martin said as he and Chris happily signed pictures and shirts.
"Mommy!" Brooklyn said, laughing. "Let me go!"
"Not a chance, you little rascal!" Mia said playfully as she tickled the little girl, which she responded by laughing and squealing hysterically. "Ready to go home?"
Brooklyn was laughing too hard to speak, so she just shrugged. "I'll take that as a yes."
"Mommy! I said let go!" Brooklyn said, laughing.
"So you can start running all over the place again? I don't think so."
"I wonder where she gets it from…" Miguel said sarcastically.
Mia glared at him, offended. "Excuse me, sir, but she didn't get it from me."
"You can't be serious! Your mother told me you were bouncing all over the place when you were Brooklyn's age!" Miguel said, laughing.
"Really? I thought you didn't like that!" Brooklyn said, surprised.
"Miguel, you better shut your mouth!" Mia whisper-shouted before turning to Brooklyn. "Are you ready to go home now, sweetie?"
"Yeah! Can I have marshmallows when we go home?"
"No. We talked about this." Mia said in a serious tone. "You get hyper when you eat marshmallows."
"Fine." Brooklyn said, folding her arms and pouting.
Miguel, Mia, and Brooklyn pushed their way through the remaining people and reached a black car, then drove off to home.
