Sadness Light
The Light is going dim,
As the eyes start to close.
From beneath the rim,
And no air comes through the nose.
The family weeps and can hardly speak.
Since their hearts are heavy like lead.
As the pain and sadness is at its peak
Because the person in the bed is dead.
The funeral is in the light.
With friends and family so true,
Because this would be right.
So they laid her with what they drew.
They know she's happy
For she's with her pappy.
