Title: Opposites Attract

Kari was killed in a freak accident two months ago. Leaving, Tai and TK in a depressed state. Ken no longer had a confident to talk to.

That will all change soon for Ken.

"Class meet Serena Moonlight from Juuban," announced Ms. Lena, "Sit by Ken."

"Good morning, Miss Moonlight,"greeted Ken, sincerely.

Serena was a girl that matched Ken's intelligence with extraordinary beauty. She owned Moonlight Creations and came from a smart family. She played the flute, ballet, and tennis. She was placed in the highest classes with Ken. Her brother, Sam created games for her company. Her mother, Illene played the piano and worked for the government. Her father, Ken worked for the CIA of Japan.

Ken had lunch with her instead of the others. She did magic for him in secret. As long as one's mind is open, magic can be done, she told him. They were two weeks ahead in schoolwork. She invited him to the annual Light of the Moon Gala, her company held.

She eventually told Ken of her guardians betrayal to the enemy. He told her of how he acted a year ago, but not of the digital world. It seemed they were equals, but also opposites. As they say opposites attract. They ended up holding hands when they went on study sessions.

After a digimon battle, Ken saw Serena in the digital world. She was practicing a sword while a butterfimon watched. He joined her with questions on mind.

"I wanted you to tell me first," she then created a meal from thin air. Wormmon took quickly to her digimon.

"Please, don't tell the others about me. I don't trust them." she showed him the new Light crest. It was silver and white. "I'm known as the Light's savior to most here."

A darkmolemon attacked from underground. It used Canal Drill.

"Don't let go Ken, please." Both of her hands were in Ken's. Wormmon and Butterfimon digi-volved. When they pulled her up, she grabbed onto Ken wanting comfort. He rubbed her back and whispered soothing words into her ear. His cheeks began to flush from being so close to her.

"I will never let you fall," Ken convinced Serena. He finished the evil digimon for scaring his beloved.

A few months later, they kissed for the first time and later set a date. They graduated very early. Ken went to Harvard and Yale for six years. When he came back, he proposed to Serena. She healed the digital world and universe with her crystal.

Elipogue:

Serena and Ken had two children. Hikari was the youngest by nine years. She had her mother's beauty, but her father's colors and smarts. She ended up becoming a professor. Kage had his mother's colorings and her intelligence, but his father's figure. He owned his mother's old company.
