"Sam! Sammy! Don't you even think about it! Sam!" yelling out his little brother's name in desperation, it was all Dean could do to not only keep pressure on Sam's leaking wrists but also guide the Impala steadily towards the nearest hospital. Frantically, his gaze kept moving from the road back to the ever-paling face of his brother.

"No, better… it's better," the weakly spoken words drove a stake through Dean's heart and the big brother could see and hear just how worn the younger hunter was.

"Don't leave me, Sammy, please don't. If you leave… just please don't leave."
