"Hey Sokka, do have some weird disfigurement on your chest or back?" Aang innocently asks the older boy.

Sokka looks at Aang, silently wondering if the young avatar had lost his mind, then answers, "No, my chest and back are in perfect shape. Why do you ask?"

"Well it's just that I've never seen you without a shirt, so I was wondering if you were trying to hide something."

"No, there's nothing to hide," the older boy says trying to sound casual, "I just don't like baring my chest, 'cause it makes me look like I'm trying to be overly macho or something."

Aang looks at him disbelievingly then asks, "Then why won't you even take a bath with me around? I mean you can't be worrying about impressing anyone then."

Sokka shifts uncomfortably and answers, "Well that's 'cause only kids share baths and I'm a man you know."

"That's not what Katara says," Aang tells him not falling for any of Sokka's excuses.

Finally getting annoyed with the younger boy's questions, Sokka snaps, "Well Katara has no idea what she's talking about. And I really don't see any reason I should be judged as strange or weird because I don't feel the need to go prancing around without a shirt on like some stupid fire bender or something. I mean having nice pecs and abs aren't any excuse to walk around half naked all the time."

"Wait, you'll keep your shirt on, even in the most blistering heat, just because you don't like the Fire Nation?"

Sokka looks at him defiantly and answers, "Yes, yes I would, 'cause that's what Water Tribe men do."

The confession leaves Aang with a momentary loss of words. He then quips, "I think I understand why Katara doesn't seem to like Water Tribe guys."
