Okay, yes, I know I should update my other stories before posting new stuff but I had to...
I do not own any of these shows just my poor twisted fan-girl mind.
Chapter One: A Deal
Summary: It all started when they came home to fixed elevator, their apartment complex was under new ownership of one Kagome Higurashi.
Kagome Higurashi stared across the table to a larger man, who was signing a document. Both of them had their own lawyers with them as witness to this event. Kagome had decided she wanted to venture out on her and had decided to buy an apartment complex for sale. The owner had decided he no longer wanted to own it and had put an ad up for it or it would be demolished.
Kagome had gotten tired of just running around managing Sesshomaru's home and needed her own thing to do. Sesshomaru had paid her well enough over that few years under his employment. So she had plenty to spend on whatever she wanted. This place seemed nice and from what the man across from had been saying the tenants were good folk, some quirkier than others but still nice. Of course she had check out the complex before buying it officially and managed to haggle down the price due to the out of order elevator he claimed he never got around to fixing.
"Well, now the building now belongs to you, Senorita," the man said thickly accented, " you are now the owner of Los Robles Apartment complex...or whatever you'd like to call it. Good Luck."
Kagome should have known when she felt a pulling sensation in gut that she might have just signed a contract to something strange.
Notice to all Los Robles Residents:
Effective May 25th Las Robles will be under new management and ownership. The new owner will be visiting the building so you may meet on May 31st.
It has been a pleasure being your landowner.

"No Sheldon, there isn't anything important in the mail, just some ads," Leonard outright lied to his (crazy) roommate and 'best friend', Dr. Sheldon L. Cooper.
Sheldon stared hard at Leonard before turning back to his wipe board, "Well you didn't have to be snippy about it."
Leonard let out a breath and felt terrified at the the news the notice had. If Sheldon found out and didn't approve of the new landlord god only knows what he would do.
Balling up the notice Leonard stuffed it in his pocket and left the room to go his dream girl's apartment across the hall. Knocking quickly on the door his blond bombshell of a girlfriend opened the door. He pushed passed her and ignored her sarcastic comment to call the guys,
"Code Robles!"
A test run really, tell me your thoughts.
