Hey guys Tenshi here.
I've written many stories before, but this is the first one that is going up on fan fiction
I know the prologue is short, but I promise that all the actual chapters will be much, much longer.
Also, I will be introducing my own OC for this work and once I get more of my other stories up, you will notice that the main OC is the same for each story. I start with my basic persona and build what is needed to fit that particular story.
The beginning of the first chapter that she appears in, will have a brief description of her and a link to her actual picture on my deviant art account.

Prologue: Losses And Gains From Grieving

The rain came pouring down in Konoha as they lowered the casket into it's resting place forever. It was a small ceremony, only family and a few friends. Anyone else would have to pay their respects to the Memorial Stone and look at the newest addition.

That was three months ago. Tsunade-baa-san wants me to stop grieving and turn my attention to a new type of training that only a few before me have received. Honestly, I think that she is doing this to keep herself busy so that she won't have time to grieve.
After Sakura's death, I gave up on my life-long dream of becoming Hokage. A couple days ago I agreed to receive the training and not dishonor Sakura's loyalty. I want to live for her memory, become what she would have wanted me to become, and lead the village into the greatness it once was. A village without deceit and lies. The village I govern will be prosperous and strong. In six months time, I will be 23. Which stands to say that I will be announced as Rokudaime Hokage.
