Cassie's P.O.V
I'm laying here on soft bed in a dimly lit motel room. With a man's warmth next to me. My head rests on his broad chest while trace little circles on his stomach. I saw this coming, but I didn't' stop it. I wanted to see how it would turn out. I wanted to know how he felt. I feel like I betrayed Nick and the others and I have.
I keep seeing their eyes staring down at me with disappointment, that I might have lost their trust in me even though they don't know what has happened yet. His personality may be dark and maybe that's what led me to love him so much. He says he'll try to protect me because I'm special, and that's a side that I never thought would come out.
I'm in difficult position right now, but I don't mind it one bit. I will with this tomorrow I guess. But for now I take advantage of this moment in time to cuddle up next to him. And I whisper in his ear…….
"I love you Carver."
