A Poem For My Children

this is a poem that Duo 'wrote'. it goes along with the 'suffer the little children' story, and I wrote it based on Duo's feelings about the disapearance of his children. dont read if you havent read up to about chapter 5 and are planning to read the stor

My heart died that day.

I'm sure of it.

I loved them and it hurt to know

That the foolish actions

Of my 17 year old self

Cut

Their

Lives

Short.

I'm pretty sure they're still alive

But it would be better for them

Not to be.

The life they will lead now will be

A hopeless life,

Filled with dread

And pain

And sorrow.
