If you have never seen the film, this will probably confuse you. This does not stop to explain about characters.

IHour 1I: Crash-landed on alien planet. Fourteen people, myself included, survived. Riddick one of them and escaped. I knew we should have locked the doors.

Greg Owens found with a knife in his chest, bleeding everywhere. Boo-hoo. No doubt that bastard Riddick is behind it.

Organized to find Riddick. Searched the desert planet and found nothing. Heat worse than Nigerian heat wave.

IHour 2I: Zeke went missing (and someone his size is difficult to miss). Found what was left of him (squat) by a hole he had found in the ground. Area splattered with blood.

Riddick found. Tells Fry we will turn against each other. Fat chance. With my big-headed leadership we'll all pull through like good old chums. Tells Fry he's not what we need to worry about.

Fry volunteered to go down hole and look around. Soon after screamed for help. Pulled her out but she got pulled down again. We got her out and she was screaming her face off. A little while longer down there this would have been a literal statement.

Fry claimed monsters live underground and almost got her. We made decision to avoid area.

IHour 3I: Found an intact spaceship in a dead encampment. Power cores dead. Decided to bring our ship's viable power cores to it. I'm sure as hell not lugging four twenty pound lightbulbs all the way over. Riddick can do it.

IHour 5I: We were on our way back to our spaceship and lights switch off. Giant planet blocks all three suns and we have an eclipse. Flying monsters come out of ground. Aussie chick Shazza tries to run and gets got by them. Riddick makes it. Life sucks.

IHour 7I: We find nearly dead ground monster, and find out light kills them. They come out when it's dark. And we're in the middle of a total eclipse. What a rip (not completely figuratively).

We use a blowtorch, some shining blue tubes, and Paris' burning booze as light sources. I'd like to see them try and get through the light to us NOW. Sucks to be them.

We grab power cores and begin charging through darkness warding the monsters off with light. Plan actually works. Stupid Riddick, be right.

Blowtorch goes out. We've still got booze and tubes though.

Jackie, the teenage 'boy' in our group, panics and tries to run. Blue tubes break and light goes out. Jackie is stopped but Paris runs for it with only a pitiful booze candle for light. Riddick sees him through the darkness getting torn to bits. Ouch.

IHour 8I: Riddick and I get separated from rest of group. Son-of-a-bitch tries to kill me, after I try and kill him. Such an unprovoked attack. Bastard knocks me down and disappears. Some people! So rude.

I am impaled. Monster puts feet on my shoulders and chomps my head off. Damn.
