Holy Hell this is my first House story. I just started watching Season 1 a month ago and I am addicted.

Really nervous bout this one.

"Are you sure it is not Leukemia or any life-threatening rash," the 16 year old blonde girl muttered as House took a look at her neck, "I saw that from the Internet."

"Sure you did."

The girl looked concerned again, "Is it then. Cuz I gotta tell all my swaggies at school that my time to officially say YOLO is here."

"Tell them that you are being attacked by a mutant alien bacteria and it is turning you itno one of the," House said with a very sincere look.

"OMFG really!"

House rolled his eyes and said, "It is a hickey, though my version would sound far more cool to your...well...swaggies. Off you go!"

The teenager stood up, batted here eyelids at House and left the room.

House limped his way to the elevator. It had been a long day of clinic duty and he couldn't wait to get away from elevator moved down before coming to a sudden halt.

Ping

The door opened and Chase, Cameron and Foreman stumbled in.

The door closed again. All 3 of them stared at the diagnostician before Foreman said, "Patient was brought into the ER with a heart rate of over 140. She has trouble breathing and had to be intubated."

House sighed noisily and muttered,"Panic attack. Elementary. Tell her not to get too involved with the soap operas- Characters die all the time. And advise her not to see Supernatural."

Chase and Cameron stared at him. Foreman said, "She is 15."

"Tell her to stop doing drugs."

"She's clean- At least we think she is."

"Then why bother disturbing me at the end of a busy day?"

"Cameron bit her lip and said nervously, "The mother says that you know her- a certain Sofia Underwood?"

House froze and turned to Alison. He looked shocked. It had been 16 years since he had...

"Are you sure?"

His voice was hoarse and his eyes were wide. Alison nodded.

"Who is she," asked Chase, a little concerned.

House closed his eyes.

The only person he had ever cared about.
