"I DONT KNOW ANYTHING" the blonde baker yelled struggling to push himself of the seat but a peacekeeper pushed him back with such force his head hit the seat and his vision swam for some seconds. It did not matter how much Peeta yelled, or tried to pull his hands from the restraints that where binding his hands behind his back. He was stuck in the helicopter that was heading for the Capitol.

Time passed in a weird manner, during some districts they were going so slow Peeta had time to read signs above shops and make out people's faces, and then during some everything turned to a blur of colours and shapes. It was almost like they were playing with him, letting him see the world one last time before he died. Shut up, you are not going to die! A voice inside his head yelled. Really, and when you tell them you know nothing do you think they will keep you alive? Another voice whispered.

The baker set his jaw straight rolling his shoulders which now ached from sitting with his arms behind his back for so long. No one said a word to him, or to each other, the only sound was the chop, chop, chop of the helicopter and the hum of the engine. Every time he opened his mouth the guy in front of him would turn his head and glare. 30 minutes into the ride he decided that shutting up, was a good option.

The helicopter began to slow, and Peeta turned his gaze to the window expecting another district, maybe the last. But instead he saw the tall glass buildings of the Capitol, and something inside his stomach twisted and knotted making the little food he had want to rise. He swallowed the toxic taste of vomit and sat back, shaking ever so slightly. It was one thing to ride in the Helicopter, to think that everything would be ok. But then he was there, and he knew there was no turning back, no making plans, no one to save him. He had not even come up with a plan to escape, not that he could, he was to heavily guarded and had no weapons. they came to a tall grey building that looked like a radio station, with a great big tower on top with a red dot that blinked every 5 seconds sending out some sort of signal. Slowly they circled it and Peeta wondered how they would land beneath the metal contraption and on the roof, but as they came to the last side of the building he saw that they didn't. There was another building, similar in colour and shape but the roof was flat with a great big red circle in the middle.

"time to go boy" the peacekeeper next to him said just as the Helicopter touched down onto the roof, the door slid open and there stood another 5 men in clean white uniform, no one got out or came in, instead the guy next to him pushed him out making him land on the concrete roof with a groan of pain. His face and head just inches from kissing the warm grey floor beneath him, He faintly heard the sound of the door sliding shut and then the sound of the blades and engine began to fade. As soon as the helicopter was gone and Peeta could hear almost nothing but the faint buzz of the city around him, a heavy guy picked him up by arms and pulled him to his feet. Peeta had only seconds to see the city around him before he was pushed towards a door at the far side of the roof. There in the doorway stood a man in a plain black suit, his eyes bright with something like fire. He held his arms open like he was welcoming guest, only the smile on his face said he was doing something much cruel.

"Welcome Peeta" Snow said showing a toothy grin that made Peeta want to be sick.
