Being a loner was all Blaze ever knew. He knew only of traviling with his mother,Snow. He gets a prophecy from some starry cats and needs to save cats he doesn't even know. Can he live up to the prophecy, or will he fail and will Dawnclan meet it's doom?

A Loner's Path : Chapter 1

A/N: Hey everybody, this is my first fanfic and hopefully touches my readers(if any)like one of my favorite fics did to me. Please review! I won't update until I have at least 3 reviews, maybe. I just want to know people are reading it,and I allow anoynomous reviews. Anyway, here we go!

"Blaze?" yelled a tortoise-shelled she-cat. "Where is that stupid furball?"

"Snow?" meowed a small,six moon old tom with light ginger fur."I caught a mouse!"Blaze had never caught a mouse before so he was he didn't mean to upset his mom though...

"Nice job! But it's newleaf,we'll always have enough."She replied,Blaze awkwardly licked his shoulder. Snow looked at him amused expressions inside her warm blue-green eyes.

They started walking but Blaze had no idea where to.

"Umm, Snow, where are we going?"Blaze asked.

"Oh, forgot to tell you that huh?" She replied awkwardly looking at her paws. "Well we are headed to a forest I go every newleaf,I started coming here many seasons ago. Sit down, i'll tell you a story."

" It was maybe three greenleaves ago. I was sick and feeding of other cat's prey. I was to weak to catch my own. Then I saw a cream pelted tom. He was the most amazing hunter i've ever seen.I suppose he saw me but I wasn't aware. I watched him hunt and he caught 3 mice. He purred and turned to face me. Normally I would have ran but he looked amused."

" He offered me a mouse. It could have been crowfood, I enjoyed it so much! He told me his name was Claw. Anyway after that he asked if I wanted to come with him. I said yes immediatly. He brought me to the forest and I've been going there since."

Blaze was really intrigued. He could never think of his mother weak and scrawny. He just couldn't think that. Blaze was just thinking what she would look like when he saw a rustling in the grass. " Oh no! What if it's a dog, or a fox! Wait! What if it's a Badger! I hate badgers!" He was getting scared when a cream pelted tom popped out.

"Well, Snow, how long has it been. Three greenleaves? Great to see you again." He said.

"Claw?" Snow yelled.

A/N Well, how do you like it? I kinda suck at cliffhangars... Hopefully I'll get three reviews. IF I do i'll be extermely happy and review right away. I don't know. PWEASE REVIEW! *Insert kit face* Bye!
