A/N: This little plot bunny would not leave me alone. This is supposed to be a newspaper article, in case you can't tell. It assumes that Fiyero and Elphaba escaped Oz and came to Dorothy's world, and that Dorothy did her heel tapping and woke up back at home. I know that Dorothy's shoes would not have come with her, but in my world they somehow appeared in her closet (or on her feet...it doesn't really matter.) Please let me know what you think!
Local Girl Killed by Mysterious "Witch".
Following the destruction of the tornado that ravaged Kansas last week, a young girl named Dorothy was found murdered. Eye witnesses said that they saw a tall woman, in a black pointed hat, and wearing a black cape, walking out of the house moments before the girl's body was discovered. Another eyewitness also stated that the woman had painted her skin with green paint, although this is unconfirmed. It is unclear at this time what the cause of death was. Nothing was stolen from the girl's home except for a pair of red shoes; the significance of this is unknown. The police have no leads at this time.
