Martha is faced with a huge decision that she can only make alone, little does she know what that big decision will hold for the future.

The Doctor and Martha were travelling together, happy, and content with the little life they had set up for themselves. Together on the TARDIS, travelling to new and unknown worlds, exploring brand new places, walking on beaches that had never met bare feet before.

But over the last year, it changed. Well, one major event changed everything really. Fears were created, and then they melted, as resolutions for problems were found. It showed Martha and the Doctor how much they meant to each other. Their relationship grew stronger.

But they were challenged. Not by aliens. Not by monsters. But by one particular pivotal event, that challenged them as people, and as a couple. It also changed their relationship forever. It challenged the Doctor as a man, as a time traveller, and Martha as a companion, and forced her to make the biggest decision of her life.

This is the story, of how the Doctor, and Martha, changed their lives forever.
