After seeing senseless wars and deaths, Arceus gave humans the ability to become pokemon and pokemon the abilities to become human. thus brought about a new world where human/pokemon hybrids, However Arceus disappeared suddenly leaiving a government he created Mewtwo takes the helm creating a very corrupted government. Hey Cobalt here just introducing a new story that's been in my head all day and just have to put it out there, but dont worry this will not interfere with Vongola the 11th, btw those who havent checked it out you should do so. Anyway hope you enjoy.

War... Death... Depression. Pokemon who once brought much joy to people everywhere, were being turned into weapons of mass destruction. Humans had begun to use Pokemon as a way to start wars and many power struggles which which resulted in many deaths both Pokemon and Human. Red skies flew with Charizard as they rained fire down on fields below. Seas filled with Gyrados rampaged the lands. Even legendary Pokemon unleashed their power's and ravaged both sides of the war. From Kanto to Kalos each region was destroyed beyond any salvation. Then the great god-pokemon of Sinnoh, Arceus grew tired of watching the fighting and decided to change it. Arceus gave a special ability to Humans and Pokemon alike allowing them to turn into each other whenever they want. Human's became Pokemon and Pokemon became Humans, with both of them able to switch in between the two, sparking a new age, which began at the start of Jirachi's 1000 year slumber. In the 225th year of the new age, Arceus started a new government by making all the legendaries humans as well and giving them a seat in power creating the Legendary Council. Year 375 blood type and genetics determined what pokemon/human hybrid each child will be as the original humans and original pokemon died of old age. Around 516th year Arceus disappeared leaving Mew in charge of the Council, Angering the rest of the legendaries which caused a war between them led by a group of legendaries who were locked away, and sealed from the world, The only known ones being Darkrai, Rayquaza, Kyurem, Yveltal, Tornadus, and MewTwo. Those Pokemon hated that Arceus made them Human and would do anything to clean themselves of their "filth". In the year 678 the government under Mew had begun to shake as MewTwo was cleared of all charges by the rest of the council, many activites preformed by the government in this very controversial. Many are subjected to the council's experiments as MewTwo finds a way to cure this disease, as he calls it. Over one hundred thousand PokeHumans die in one month from the gruesome tests. Year 745 a small time Mafioso Jimmy the Beedril Benvolio uses his crime ties to fund a newly started Resistance, after having his family die at the hands of these experiments. The resistance is named Esparanza Ultima, which means last hope, so that they might finally put a stop to this disregard of Life by the council. 751 Council iced type Pokemon assasins destroyed a town of dragon type pokemon killing many in their sleep.
